This is what motivated us to get into the property management business in Phoenix, AZ USA. We have hired only the best employees and trust every single one of them with our personal investments. Jacob Ash was born and raised in Mesa Arizona. He has assisted hundreds of buyers attain financial goals and solid returns off of bank owned, short sale, and trustee sale purchases. Jacob has been practicing real estate for 10 years under the Brokerage Gentry Real Estate Group, and has taken part in thousands of transactions and has been part in over a billion dollars in real estate sales. Jacob prides himself on always being 100% honest with his investors, being a hard worker, and always making himself available to his clients for whatever needs they have.  Jacob considers himself an avid real estate investor and mentor to those that are looking for solid returns regardless of the economy or situation.



Benton has a technology background and a degree in Computer Science Engineering. This expertise technology has positively contributed to every aspect of his real estate management and investing career. He has spent the last six years specifically growing and advancing residential property management and has worked for powerhouse companies including Godaddy where he learned the fundamental structures of a successful company. He also was raised in a real estate family and obtained his agent license at an early age.

Benton was an intricate part in successfully grown two separate property management companies using his technology background, operational expertise, marketing vision and execution. He has helped RentVest establish itself as a technological, operational, and customer service leader
in the industry.


Broker Arizona - Director of Property Management

Travis is originally from Nebraska, but spent much of his childhood and young adult life in Illinois. After finishing college there, Travis migrated to Arizona for a taste of bigger city life, and so that he never has to shovel snow again!  Travis has been in Property Management since 2001. He has a background in student housing, multi-family, government subsidized property, vacation rentals and single-family homes. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Property Management Division, and holds an Arizona State Broker’s License. Travis is incredibly well versed in State and Federal Landlord/Tenant Law. He is a wealth of knowledge and a great resource for owners, tenants, and the RentVest Team alike.

Devyn started his foray into Real Estate almost 15 years ago when he worked as an Accounting Assistant for a Property Management company in Scottsdale, AZ. From there he went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University (Go Devils!) in Real Estate Development. Throughout his career he has owned and operated multiple businesses, holding numerous certifications and licenses including his Arizona Real Estate License. As our Acquisition Manager Devyn will be integral in making sure RentVest meets it's growth projections responsibly and efficiently while also maintaining a portfolio of homes in the Phoenix Market.

Trevor was born and raised in the east bay area farming town called Brentwood, CA, not to be confused with OJ Simpson Brentwood in West LA. In 2011, he left to pursue his education at the University of Nevada, Reno in the biomedical research field and soon came to his senses after finding his true passion for helping others in the business management and real estate industries. He started off in on-campus student housing at the University as a Resident Assistant and moved into off-campus by opening two brand new Student Housing Complexes in 2013 and 2015. Trevor is an avid listener of Jazz, has a knack for Art History, and can throw down in the kitchen. He is excited for the RentVest expansion into Reno, NV and will strive to provide excellent customer service and client support for the RentVest company.

Alicia worked in the medical field for years when she decided to make a change into real estate in 2004.  She has worked in every aspect of real estate and has enjoyed learning new things.  She prides herself in customer service and making sure her owners as well as residents have their questions answered and their needs addressed.  She has 6 children and 8 grandchildren who are her pride and joy!

Alisha has been working in the Real Estate/ Property Management field for over 12 years. 

Alisha has an extensive background in all aspects of property management, from tenant relations, maintenance, lease administration, contract negotiation, lease compliance and financials that allows her to deliver the highest levels of service to property owners.  She Develops Constructive and cooperative working relationships with owners, leasing agents, vendors and tenants 

Alisha was born and raised on a ranch in a small town near Steamboat Springs, CO and  moved to AZ in 1998. In 2007 she married and now has a few beautiful children. 

Alisha loves being outdoors, taking weekend trips with family, and loves being involved in her kids sports/activities. 



Annalee was born and raised in the small town of Snowflake Arizona. She loves the feel of a small town but enjoys adventure as well.  The opportunity came to go to China and Russia to teach English to young children. She loved being able to learn about new cultures and getting to meet someone new everyday. As a receptionist her hope is to be able to greet each person with a smile and help them enjoy the experience of RentVest

Brandon Graham found his passion for real estate while studying business management at Arizona State University. Shortly before receiving his bachelors degree, Brandon took an internship helping a small property management group implement effective CRM technology and grow their online reputation. He obtained his real estate license shortly after graduating ASU and immediately went to work for a larger property management company where he was wildly successful for several years. Brandon decided to take the next step in his career by joining RentVest with a vision to help the company grow it's local and national reputation. 


Executive Assistant

Britt Adcox, was born and raised in Arizona in the rural Town of Taylor. Britt started dance at age 6 and at age 13 started teaching dance at her own, Britt’s Dance and Step Up & Dance continuing to teach through Jr High, High School and College. Britt earned her Cosmetology certification from Northland Pioneer College in 2013 taking classes during her Junior and Senior years at Snowflake High School graduating in 2013. While in high school Britt also participated in softball, choir, cheer and dance. After High School Britt attended Eastern Arizona College earning her Associates in Applied Science and her Prerequisites for Dental Hygiene. While at EAC Britt worked at Images Salon & Day Spa in Thatcher, AZ and continued to teach dance. Britt loves people and working with people. In January of 2016 Britt joined the property management team at RentVest as the front desk receptionist and has now started Dental Hygiene school and is continuing to work as an Executive Assistant. Britt loves the property management business and has loved working, learning and helping people at RentVest

Chase is a young student who just returned from a mission in Peru after graduating High School here in Mesa. After having served in Trujillo, Peru with people he loved, Chase realized his greatest passion in life is serving and helping others. As he studies and works he hopes to have a future career in the medical field, but enjoys Property Management and Real Estate and wants to be involved in investments and being an entrepreneur.


He assists the account managers and property managers in the office and helps maintain the software the company uses to get things done. He desires to bring the best customer service he can deliver in anyway because he loves to see others happy

Forrest was born and raised in Redding, California. In 2013, he relocated to Reno and where it quickly became home with access to great outdoor activities and career opportunities.  He started out in the IT field selling fiber internet to local startups and large companies. In 2016, he decided to branch off into property management with a local company as a handy man learning the process of maintaining and preparing a property for rent.  In 2017, he accepted a position within the company as an admin assistant to the broker and property manager and was quickly was promoted to Project Manager for all property turns and maintenance.  Forrest enjoys the diversity of challenges that arise in property management; his goal is to ensure clear and timely communication to see success in every situation.

Born and raised in Alaska.  Spend a lot of time outdoors.  Love to golf.  Started in Real Estate and Property management in 1996 and have been managing single family homes and handling the maintenance/rehab almost exclusively since then with a short stint in multi-family when I moved to the Phoenixmarket the first time in 1999.  I have been residing in AZ full time since 2008 and own a home in Mesa.

Ronica has been working in Real Estate as a Property Manager/Realtor for over 25

years.  She has spent her entire career in DFW marketplace. This gives her a unique insight to the area, the best opportunities, and allows her to keep up with trends and market changes. She helps her investors identify and purchase the best homes for the DFW rental market, offers the most accurate rental analysis to help investors maximize their investment, and is known for her customer service. Ronica has an extensive background in all aspects of property management, from tenant relations, maintenance management, and lease administration which allows her to deliver the highest levels of service to property owners. She creates a positive cooperative working relationship with owners, leasing agents, vendors and tenants.

Sarah was raised in a military family.  She has visited over 30 US states, and traveled to 26 other countries.  She enjoys etymology and linguistics, and is learning a 3rd language.  She loves animals, and has experience handling and raising many kinds of mammals, birds, and reptiles.  Sarah brings 8 years of administrative experience to the table, and is focused on bridging the company culture between the Nevada and Arizona offices.

Seily was born in Guatemala and in 1993 her family moved to Reno, Nevada  when she was 3 years old. Seily got her start in Real Estate in 2014 when she started as an admin for a local Real Estate firm. She developed a passion for helping clients, owners, and agents throughout her time there and quickly discovered the field of property management. Starting off as a maintenance coordinator and receptionist she helped manage over 600 doors which included everything from student, multi & single- family housing as well as commercial. Over the last 3 years she gained the experience and terminology that made the decision to becoming a property manager an easy one. Seily is bi-lingual in both English and Spanish which makes her an asset to the company and allows her to provide excellent customer service. Outside of the office she enjoys going to Lake Tahoe with her husband in a two kids as well as camping, doing crafts, and hitting the occasional casino when she feels lucky.

Stephanie was born and raised in Provo, Utah. She is very family oriented, compassionate, understanding and shy. As a child her family had multiple gatherings for the holidays and other events, but her most favorite was the yearly summer camping trip for a week in the mountains on a property her family owned.  Also as a child she had the experience of raising multiple varieties of animals (such as bunnies, ducks, birds, dogs, gerbils, fish, etc) learning the meaning and value of responsibility and life.

Synthia was born in Phoenix, Arizona but has spent most of her life in Mesa. She has been married for 22 years and has 2 children. She loves her pets are if they were additional children. Prior to getting into real estate she was in the medical field. She loved helping others in the medical field but decided to give real estate a try 10 years ago. She loves helping clients find a home, whether it is a rental, purchase, or the sale of a home. She is a very hard worker for all of her clients and customers.
